Terms of Service

The agreement between you and THE UDYOG when you use this website or engage us for training, placement or consultancy services.

Last updated: 13 August 2026

1. Agreement

By using this website, submitting an enquiry or enrolment, or engaging our services, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Code of Conduct.

2. What we provide

THE UDYOG provides career services delivered by our team, which may include resume preparation, profile and portal setup, interview preparation, career guidance, training programmes with certification, and introductions to employers in our network. The exact scope of what you receive is whatever is set out in writing when you engage us.

3. What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee employment. Hiring decisions belong to employers and are outside our control. Nothing on this site, in a proposal, or said by a member of our team constitutes a promise of a job offer, a salary level, a start date, or a visa or relocation outcome.

We also do not guarantee that a particular employer will respond, that a role will remain open, or that any specific number of interviews will result from our work. What we commit to is performing the agreed services with reasonable skill and care.

4. Your obligations

  • Give us accurate, complete and current information about your experience, skills, qualifications and employment history.
  • Supply only genuine documents. Fabricated certificates, experience letters or payslips are grounds for immediate termination.
  • Tell us promptly if your circumstances change — a new offer, a changed notice period, or a role you no longer want.
  • Attend interviews you have accepted, and tell us if you cannot.
  • Behave lawfully and professionally with employers we introduce you to.
  • Keep any account credentials we set up for you secure, and tell us if they are compromised.

You are responsible for the truth of what you tell us. We present your profile to employers as you have represented it to us.

5. Our conduct

We are bound by our Code of Conduct, which forms part of these terms. In particular we do not provide proxy or impersonated interviews, assistance during a live interview, fabricated experience or documents, or guaranteed employment in exchange for payment. Requests for any of these will be declined and will end our engagement.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, inclusions and the payment schedule are set out in the written proposal or invoice for your engagement. Unless that document says otherwise, fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are payable before the service begins. Taxes are charged as applicable. We do not take a share of your salary, and we never ask for payment in exchange for a guaranteed placement.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, design, logos and the THE UDYOG name — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Course material and syllabi provided to you are licensed for your personal learning only and may not be redistributed or resold.

Documents we prepare for you, such as your resume, are yours to use. Your resume and personal details remain your property throughout.

9. Third-party accounts and job portals

Where a service involves setting up or maintaining accounts on job portals or email providers on your behalf, you remain the account holder and remain bound by that provider's own terms. You authorise us to act on your behalf only to the extent described in your engagement, and you may withdraw that authorisation at any time in writing.

10. Certificates

Certificates we issue confirm completion of a THE UDYOG training programme and nothing more. They are not a statement of employment, and they are not a university or statutory qualification. Each carries an ID that anyone may check at /verify. Altering a certificate or misrepresenting what it certifies voids it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings, lost opportunity, or loss arising from an employer's decision or conduct. Our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the fees you actually paid us for the service in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Termination

You may end your engagement at any time in writing; refunds follow the Refund Policy. We may end it if you breach these terms, give us false information, ask us to act against our Code of Conduct, behave abusively toward our staff or an employer, or fail to pay. Where we end an engagement for a reason other than your breach, we will refund fees for services not yet delivered.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We would ask you to raise any complaint with us first — most things are resolved with a conversation.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when. Changes apply to engagements entered into after they are posted. Your existing engagement continues on the terms you agreed to.
